These Terms govern your use of zolarmaritime.com and the services provided by Zolar Maritime Solutions S.R.L.

Services
We provide maritime training, competency support, and related professional services (online, blended, or on-site by arrangement).

No mandatory certification claim
Our “value-added” training focuses on performance and execution. Mandatory certification requirements (e.g., STCW) are handled through approved providers when applicable.

Training materials
All training materials, frameworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Zolar Maritime Solutions S.R.L. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute materials without written permission.

Certificates
Certificates are issued based on defined completion criteria (attendance, assessments, competence checks where applicable). Certificate verification is available through our online registry. We reserve the right to revoke certificates in case of proven misuse or fraud.

Limitation of liability
Training reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. We are not liable for operational outcomes beyond the scope of the agreed service and applicable law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the company’s jurisdiction.
