Led the design, development, and delivery of training programs across multiple disciplines, aligned with client needs and operational goals. Experienced in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency frameworks, assessment systems, and blended learning models. Implemented LMS platforms and improved training KPIs through data-driven evaluation and coaching.
Directed fleet-wide crew development, managed training budgets, oversaw compliance for 230+ seafarers, and led internal and third-party training initiatives—combining curriculum design with hands-on coaching, mentoring, and competency assessment.
